FR-296 Signatures of Rosecrans & Nebeker.  The Census shows only 79 Known. This Note has been off the market since 01/10/1997

The Portrait in the Center is Thomas A. Hendricks, Vice-President under Grover Cleveland. Hendricks died in office. This fact, combined with the shape around his portrait has given this type of note the nickname  "Tombstone Note
