FR-291 Signatures of Rosecrans & Jordan.  The Census shows only 25 Known.

The Portrait in the Center is Thomas A. Hendricks, Vice-President under Grover Cleveland. Hendricks died in office. This fact, combined with the shape around his portrait has given this type of note the nickname  "Tombstone Note
