FR-299 Signatures of Tillman & Morgan. This Note is also Courtesy Autographed by Morgan.  The Census shows a total of 471 Known as of 4/21/2022.

The Portrait in the Center is Thomas A. Hendricks, Vice-President under Grover Cleveland. Hendricks died in office. This fact, combined with the shape around his portrait has given this type of note the nickname  "Tombstone Note"
